■ 고시 개정 전체내용 허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함. - 아 래 - 가. 항파킨슨 약제는 최대 6품목 이내 투여를 인정함(중증파킨슨씨병은 최대 7품목). 나. 복합제의 경우는 복합된 성분수를 각각 1품목으로 인정함. ※ 대상약제 1) Levo-dopa agents (Short acting agents, Long acting agents) 2) Dopamine agonists (Short acting agents, Long acting agents) 3) MAO-B (Monoamine oxidase type B) inhibitors 4) Antiviral agents 5) Anti-cholinergic agents 6) COMT (Catechol-o-methyltransferase) inhibitors ■ 고시 개정 고시번호(시행일자) 고시 제2024-235호(2024.12.1.) ■ 고시 개정 사유 ○교과서, 가이드라인, 임상논문, 학회(전문가) 의견 등을 참조하여 Dopamine agonists를 Short acting agents와 Long acting agents로 나누어 분류함. 또한, “작용기전별로 1품목씩 인정함.”과 “중증파킨슨씨병에 한하여 Levo-dopa 제제는 속효성(Short-acting) 제제와 지속성(Long-acting) 제제를 투여할 수 있음.”을 “항파킨슨 약제는 최대 6품목 이내 투여를 인정함(중증파킨슨씨병은 최대 7품목).”으로 변경함. ○ 복합제 관련 등 문구를 보완하여 내용을 명확히 함. ■ 관련문헌 등 1.
